Abstract：The article discusses the need to transform public school climate and culture to address the needs of the present and upcoming generations of students. It highlights the importance of transformational leaders in fostering and developing measures to improve both climate and culture of public schools. Transformational leaders are expected to be persistent and resilient to pursue an organizational change which results in the transformation of school climate and culture. Also noted are the articles published within the issue that are related to educational administration, theory, research, and best practices.
