摘要: 大学课堂教学是大学生获得知识的主渠道，提高课堂教学质量是提高大学生素质的关键。提高大学生课堂教学质量，必须按教学规律办事，充分发挥教师的主导作用，在突出学生的主体地位的同时，必须充分考虑当代大学生特点。本文综述了当今大学课堂教育存在的问题，并以养牛学课堂教学为例，探讨提高大学课堂教学质量的有效途径和技巧，以期最大限度地提高大学专业课教学质量。

总结：

1、大学课堂教学的现状及存在的问题：教学方法陈旧、学生在课堂上缺乏主动性和学习的热情、课程设置与现实脱节、只重教书轻视育人。

2、提高大学课堂教学质量的建议：

(1)优化教学内容，做到基础性与创新性的统一教学内容是解决教师教什么和学生学什么的问题；

(2)改革教学方法做到学术性与艺术性的统一；

(3)建立学习型组织，做到教师的主导性与学生主体性的统一；

(4)着力营造融洽的教学情境，做到教书与育人的统一。

Discussion on Effective Way of Improving the Quality of College Students’ Classroom Teaching

Abstract: University of classroom teaching is the main channel for college students access to knowledge, improve teaching quality is the key to improving the quality of students. To improve the quality of classroom teaching students，teaching laws must give full play to the leading role of teachers，the principal role of the students. It is essential to fully consider the characteristics of contemporary college students. In this paper, the problems of classroom education at university are proposed.
