大学生学习投入变化趋势及特征
——基于校内追踪数据的分析

摘要: 学习投入影响学习成效,是当下探讨大学生学习与发展的热点。本研究采用追踪研究设计并利用NSSE—China问卷对南京某工科高校2008级学生进行了历时四年的追踪调查,采用多层线性模型(HLM)分别构建了线性和非线性模型,探讨大学生学习投入五维度指标(学业挑战度、主动合作学习水平、生师互动、教育实践丰富度、校园环境支持度)的变化趋势和特点。结果表明,大学生学习投入变化具有一定的规律:第一,总体上学习投入五维度指标呈显著增长趋势;第二,学习投入五维度指标变化不均匀,呈现显著的非线性变化特征;第三,学习投入五维度指标间存在交互作用。另外,学习投入变化还存在除时间外的其他影响因素。

Trends and Characteristics of the Development of College Student Engagement:
Based on the Analysis of Panel Data in a University

Abstract: College student engagement,which exerts influence on student's learning efficiency, is a hot issue in the field of student learning and development. Based on NSSE-China, the paper conducts a longitudinal research on undergraduates enrolled in 2008 at Naming Engineering College. The study takes four-year data and constructs linear and non-linear models by HLM to explore five dimensions of college student engagement, i.e. 1evel of academic challenge, active and collaborative learning, student-faculty interaction, enriching educational experiences and supportive campus environment. Based on the research findings, several rules on the development trends of college student engagement are revealed in the end.
