摘要: 中国大学生学习性投入调查的理论基础有6大经典理论、学生发展理论、建构主义理论、全面质量管理理论等。自美国“全国大学生学习性投入调查”被汉化后，我国出现了关于大学生学习性投入调查的系列研究成果。这些成果大体上可分为两类：一是关于NSSE工具自身及启示的研究；二是关于NSSE-China的应用研究。

总结：

1、学生学习性投入概念源于人们对学校教育过程与学生学业成就关系的研究，除了受学生自身因素影响之外，还会受到学校环境及氛围等外部因素的影响。

2、鉴于声望观$资源观和产出观对于学生在校的学习投入程度和学习过程以及学校促进学生学习的举措等学习质量议题涉及甚少，美国“全国大学生学习性投入调查”应运而生，对其进行汉化，产生了中国大学生学习性投入调查。

3、NSSE的理论基础：6大经典理论，包括泰勒的“任务时间”研究或理论、佩斯的“努力质量”理论、阿斯汀的“学生参与”理论、汀托的“社会与学术整合”理论、帕斯卡雷拉的“变化评定模型”、齐克林和甘姆森的“本科教育有效教学7原则”；学生发展理论；建构主义理论；全面质量管理理论。

4、NSSE在我国的研究主要为工具自身及其实的研究、汉化版的应用研究。

Survey of University Student Engagement: Theoretical Foundation and Research Progress

Abstract: The Survey of Chinese university student engagement is theoretically based on the six classical theories, the student development theory, the theory of constructivism, the theory of total quality management and so on. Since the introduction of American “National Survey of Student Engagement” (NSSE), a series of researches has been conducted with Chinese university students as the subject, These researches can roughly be divided into two sorts; one is about the tools offered in NSSE and their revelations and the other is the application of NSSE in China.
