构建高水平行业特色大学
——一流本科教育体系的思考与实践

摘要: 构建一流本科教育体系是高水平行业特色大学肩负的时代使命。中国地质大学(武汉)构建的一流本科教育体系顶层设计是“整体谋划、地学先行、分步推进”,成功实现了三个转变:从注重知识传授向能力提升的转变,从以学科知识为中心向以学生为中心的转变,从封闭的学校教育向全方位开放的协同教育转变。学校着力优化机制,积极构建学术型与应用型人才培养并重的人才培养模式,完善旨在提高创新能力的实践教学机制,搭建促进拔尖创新人才成长的校内外协同机制,强化专业教育与人文教育渗透交融机制,推进第一课堂与第二课堂有效链接机制,健全促进学生全面发展的服务机制。

总结:
1、一流本科教育体系是一流专业、一流课程、一流教学活动和学生服务体系等诸多要素的有机集合体。构建一流本科教育体系是一个系统工程。高水平行业特色大学构建一流本科教育体系,要根据行业发展和社会变革对人才品格、素质和能力的要求,立足自身优势和特色,着眼于强化人才培养的校本特征,充分尊重学生发展的个性需求,制定科学可行的建设思路。
2、构建一流本科教育体系必须实现三个转变:从注重知识传授向能力提升的转变、从以学科知识为中心向以学生为中心的转变、从封闭的学校教育向全方位开放的协同教育转变。
3、优化机制,为构建一流本科教育体系提供坚强保障:优化学术型与应用型人才培养并重的人才培养模式、完善旨在提高创新能力的实践教学机制、搭建促进拔尖创新人才成长的校内外协同机制、强化专业教育与人文教育渗透交融机制、推进第一课堂与第二课堂有效链接机制、健全促进学生全面发展的服务机制。
Constructing High Level University with Industry Characteristics
——Reflection and Practice of First-rate Undergraduate Education System

Abstract: Constructing first-rate undergraduate education system is the era mission of high level university with industry characteristics. The China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)has carried out first-rate undergraduate education system, with the top-level design of "overall planning, geoscience leading, and propulsion step by step". In the course of constructing first-rate undergraduate education system, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)aims to realize three transformations: from attaching importance to knowledge instruction to improving ability, from subject-orientation to student-orientation, from closed school education to open and collaborative education. And the university exerts herself in optimizing mechanism to actively construct the model attaching equal importance to academic and applicable talents cultivation; exerts herself in improving the practical teaching mechanism aiming at promoting innovation ability to actively construct the collaborative top-notch innovative personal cultivation mechanism integrating internal and external university. Furthermore, the university also devotes herself in strengthening the mechanism of combining professional education with humanistic education, carrying forward the effective mechanism of integrating first class with second class, and improving the service mechanism facilitating the overall development of the students.
