基于NSSE-China的新疆少数民族大学生学习性投入调查研究

摘要: 为揭示新疆少数民族大学生在学习性投入五大指标上的表现及收获自评情况,以“中国大学生学习性投入调查问卷”( NSSE-China) 为工具,对新疆8所高校的少数民族大学生进行随机抽样调查。调查显示:新疆少数民族大学生的合作学习能力较强;校园环境支持度并不差;对就学经历评价较高且情感价值观得到较大发展。但学业挑战水平不足; 主动学习意识淡薄;有效师生互动缺位; 教育经验的丰富度不够;知识、能力较为欠缺!针对以上问题,对进一步改进新疆少数民族大学生学情状况提出具体建议。

总结:
1、NSSE-China调查问卷主要包括有效教学实践的五大指标:学业挑战水平、生师互动、主动合作学习水平、教育经验的丰富度及校园环境支持度。此外还可获取被调查者的个人背景信息、收获自评和满意度三类信息。
2、基于数据分析结果可初步得出以下结论:合作学习能力较好,但学业挑战水平不足,主动学习意识淡薄;有效师生互动缺位;校园环境支持度不差,对就学经历评价较高,但教育经验的丰富度不够;情感价值观有较大发展,但知识、能力较为欠缺。
An Investigation into Student Engagement of the Minorities University Students in Xinjiang Based on NSSE-China

Abstract: Taking National Survey of Student Engagement China (NSSE-China) as the investigation tool, a completely random sampling investigation was carried out on the minority college students from 8 universities in Xinjiang. Totally, it reveals the cooperative learning ability of the minority college students is high; they are fairly satisfied with the campus environment supports; their school experience is highly evaluated and emotional values are greatly developed. But the level of academic challenge is little low; the awareness of active study is weak; effective teacher-student interaction is vacant; the educational experience is not enough; knowledge and ability is lacking. To solve the above problem, this study puts forward specific recommendations for improving the minority college students’ learning situation.
