摘要: 课程建设是教学改革的核心,本文从师资队伍建设、课程目标、教学内容、教学资源、教学方法与手段、课程考核、教学效果和课程特色等几个方面构建了课程评价体系,由专任教师、课程专家和学生参与评价。

1、课程评价的历史发展：测验和测量时期、描述时期、判断时期、建构时期。

2、课程评价目的在于促进教师和教学管理人员更新教育教学思想和教学质量观念,突出和发展“以人为本”的教学指导思想,提高课程教学改革和教学研究水平,不断规范教学管理,确保课程教学质量。

3、课程评价的主要指标体系：师资队伍建设（占15%）、课程目标（占10%）、教学内容（占10%）、教学资源（占15%）、教学方法与手段（占15%）、课程考核（占10%）、教学效果（占17%）、课程特色（占8%）。

On the Establishment of Course Evaluation Index System

Abstract: Course establishment is the core of teaching reform, in the paper, established the course evaluation index system from teaching staff construction, curriculum goal, education content, teaching resources, teaching methods and means, course examination, teaching effect, curriculum characteristics and so on sides, and invited some experts, teachers and students as evaluators.
