摘要: 随着计算机网络技术和教学理念的发展，远程教育在数字化教学环境和网上教学资源建设方面的研究都有了一定的进展，而对于如何提高学生网上学习的参与度。如何提高网上教学效果!如何促进学生网上学习真正发生等问题逐渐成为网上课程设计者的探究方向。本文将结合在线课程设计的特点，简单介绍一下笔者对于在线课程评价体系的一点心得体会。

1、在线课程评价的关键要素：开发技术的可行性、界面的友好程度、教学环节的完整性。

2、获得反馈和评价的方法：调查问卷、访谈、在线问卷。

3、对于在线课程的质量评价我们需要建立一个新的体系，一个符合在线课程特点的评价体系可以使得在线课程不断的优化，使其更加适应远程教育和在职学生的需求，这一新的评价体系要适应在线课程的几个主要特点，即开放性、共享性、交互性、动态性、协作性、自主性、多维性、多元化、非线性、整合性等等。

Abstract: Along with the development of computer network technology and the teaching idea, the research of remote education in digital teaching environment and online teaching resources construction has made certain progress. It becomes the exploration that how to improve the students’ participation to online learning, how to improve the effect of online teaching, how to promote students’ online learning. Combined with the features of online course design, this paper introduces the author’s comments on the online course evaluation system.
