论自主奋斗型优质学校的创建
——以江苏省两所中学为例

摘要:对“洋思模式”与“东庐模式”的比较分析可以初步揭示出我国自主奋斗型优质学校创建的一般规律:校长的素质直接决定学校发展的水平;改造薄弱学校首先要改变薄弱的学校管理;改造薄弱学校的关键是改造薄弱的教师队伍;改造薄弱学校的根本是实现优质教学;实现优质教学必须构建有效教学模式;提高教育教学质量要完善“依法治校”的质量保障机制和“科研兴校”的质量提升机制;借鉴他校成功经验要懂得区分教学改革的技术问题与非技术问题;农村“改薄创优”名校频现是由我国城乡二元结构的特殊国情决定的。

On the Creation of Independent-struggle Quality School
——Taking Two Middle Schools in Jiangsu Province as an Example

Abstract: This paper revealed the general laws of creating the type of independent-struggle quality schools in China from the comparative analysis of the Yangsi Mode and Donglu Mode. These laws are as follows: school principal’s quality directly determines the development level of the school school management should be altered when transforming weak schools; the key of transforming weak school is to rebuild the teachers; the ultimate purpose of transforming weak schools is to achieve high-quality teaching and learning; to achieve high-quality teaching, an effective teaching model must be built to improve the quality of teaching and learning, the quality assurance mechanisms of/managing the school according to law,0and the/improving schools by scientific research0must first be improved; learning from other schools’ successful experience, clear distinction must be made between the technical aspects and the non -technical issues of reforming teaching and learning; successfully transforming weak schools in rural areas is decided by the special circumstances of China’s urban-rural dual structure.
