The Background, Ideas and Dimensions of the Quality School

Abstract: The quality school becomes the need of the whole time and society. We define it as a process, a kind of ability, a kind of school culture, but not just a kind of being. So it has different evaluation goals and building dimensions. The building of quality school focus on the school ability, especially on the ability improvement of teacher and the school culture. At the same time, curriculum and instruction optimizing , the change of the principal's role , the model of school management restructuring, and so on, are all the main aspects of school re-building.
