摘要：教师是一个学校发展的根本，而校长则是引领教师发展的核心引导力量。灾后教育重建中，教师的发展是灾区教育向高位发展的关键。要实现这一目标，作为学校领导核心的校长必须走科学的专业发展的道路，将自身的专业发展融入灾后教育重建中，通过自身的专业行为，推动学校教师的科学、健康发展。

Abstract: The teacher plays a fundamental role in a school＇s development，and the head teacher of a school plays the core role in leading teachers to realize their development． In the process of post － disaster education reconstruction，teachers’ development is the key to the development of education to a high level in disaster areas． To realize such an objective，the head teacher，as the core of the leading power，must take the course of scientific professional development in the post － disaster reconstruction of education and promote the scientific and healthy development of the teacher through his own professional activities．
