以教师发展为导向的校长专业发展理念与策略
——以震后灾区教育重建为例

摘要:教师是一个学校发展的根本,而校长则是引领教师发展的核心引导力量。灾后教育重建中,教师的发展是灾区教育向高位发展的关键。要实现这一目标,作为学校领导核心的校长必须走科学的专业发展的道路,将自身的专业发展融入灾后教育重建中,通过自身的专业行为,推动学校教师的科学、健康发展。

Abstract: The teacher plays a fundamental role in a school's development,and the head teacher of a school plays the core role in leading teachers to realize their development. In the process of post - disaster education reconstruction,teachers’ development is the key to the development of education to a high level in disaster areas. To realize such an objective,the head teacher,as the core of the leading power,must take the course of scientific professional development in the post - disaster reconstruction of education and promote the scientific and healthy development of the teacher through his own professional activities.
