 以教师发展为导向的校长专业发展理念与策略

——以震后灾区教育重建为例

摘要:教师是一个学校发展的根本,而校长则是引领教师发展的核心引导力量。灾后教育重建中,教师的发展是灾区教育向高位发展的关键。要实现这一目标,作为学校领导核心的校长必须走科学的专业发展的道路,将自身的专业发展融入灾后教育重建中,通过自身的专业行为,推动学校教师的科学、健康发展。
