摘要：教师实践性知识支配着教师的教育教学行为，因此，实践性知识对教师的养成具有重要意义。从教师实践性知识的内在结构分析入手，反思当前教师教育课程存在的问题，指出教师教育课程设置，教学方式，教育实践等方面存在的问题。在此基础上，提出调整课程内容，变革教学方式，加强实践指导与反思等几方面的意见与建议，以提高师范生的培养质量。

总结：1. 教师实践性知识视域教师教育课程的问题：

（1）课程内容：目前我国教师教育中关于教师信念的课程几乎没有开设，导致了对教师信念的培养处于空白状态。

（2）教学方式：在师范生的培养上，教学方式倾向单一，教师在教学中主要采用讲授的方式进行。

（3）教育实习：教育实习上，过分注重实习时间的长短，而对实习的效果缺少关注。

2. 教师实践性知识视域教师教育课程问题的相关对策：

（1）调整课程内容；

（2）变革教学方式；

（3）加强实践指导与反思。

An Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of the Teacher-Education Curricula from the Perspective of Teacher's Practical Knowledge

Abstract：Teachers' practical knowledge dominates their making educational and teaching behaviors. Therefore, practical knowledge plays an important role in the of a teacher. In this paper，an analysis is made of the internal structure of teacher's practical knowledge. Based on this，the problems in the current teacher-education curricula, such as the setup of the curricula, teaching methods，and teaching practice . Furthermore, suggestions are provided to improve the quality of teacher education. The suggestions are adjusting the contents of curricula, innovate teaching methods，and strengthening instructions on practice and reflection.
