摘要：本文针对目前教师教育技术能力培训后在日常工作中存在的一些问题，展开讨论。通过理沦研究，对主要影响教师教育技术能力培训迁移的环境因素进行分析，找到提高教师教育技术能力培训迁移效果的好对策。

知道要提高学校后期环境必须从迁移气氛、组织特征等方面着手：

（1）学校应该对教师在培训中的所学设置目标，这样才成更好地检验学习效果；

（2）学校要对教师应用受训所学的内容，提供设备、资金、时间上的支持；

（3）在学校这个特殊的工作环境中，学习文化氛围起到非常重要的作用，教师们具有竞争文化气氛、高绩效团队学习气氛以及持续学习气氛等都有利于教师培训所学的应用；

（4）教研组的作用也不容小视，在教研组中教师可以互相讨论培训心得，取长补短、相互激励，这样更有利于培训后将培训内容更好的融人到课堂教育教学中，最终提高教学效果。

Analysis of factors influencing teachers' educational technology ability training transfer environment

Abstract: In this paper, aiming at some problems in the teachers' educational technology ability training exist in everyday work, to discuss. By theoretical research, the main environmental factors affecting teacher education technique ability training migration were analyzed, and find a good counter measure to improve teachers' education technology training transition effect.
