新差异教育的理论与实践
——基于杭州市天长小学的调查

摘要: 进入 21 世纪以来，差异教育模式及方法在教育公平方面引发了一些争议，并对学生的心理成长方面构成负面影响。因此，作为差异教育研究中心的天长小学在原有研究基础之上，通过活动课程的设置，开始了新差异教育的探索与思考，并取得了一定的成效。

总结：
1、对差异教育的反思：差异教育与教育公平的矛盾；“第 10 名现象”引发的思考；分层分流对学生心理的影响。
2、新差异教育的探索：教师是实施教育的主体，是差异教育的主要实践者；学生能够得到有差异的发展，并最终寻找到一条适合每个学生的成长之路，这是新差异教育要着重思考的。
3、新差异教育目前还局限于探索阶段，如何有别于传统的差异教育并起到良好的效果，这是当前仍亟待解决的问题。差异教育要真正能够实现，师资配比方面是一个很重要的保障因素。
Theory and Practice of New Different Education: An Investigation of Hangzhou Tianchang Primary School

Abstract: The mode and practice of different education has been an issue of controversy since the inception of the 21st century, which has exerted negative effects upon students’ psychological development. This article, based on its research in the Tianchang Primary School as the center of different education study, tries to explore a workable approach toward different education through the setup of activity curricular.
