摘要: 个性化教育对提高一个国家的国际竞争力存在深远影响。笔者首先概括论述了当代西方国家个性化教育的发展，然后对个性化教育的内涵进行了深入分析，指出个性化教育、创新教育和素质教育三者是统一的。

总结：

1、个性化教育主要是一种教育思想或教育观念，其主要教育思想如下：尊重人和人的个性、人的个性潜能优势的发掘、培养良好个性素质全面和谐发展的人、教育的特色化。

2、个性化教育的目的是受教育主体的差别化，这是受教育主体素质提高的过程也是创新的基础。从素质内涵与个性一般涵义的角度看，素质是先天具有与后天习得的一系列稳定的特点与品质的综合，包括生理、心理与社会性三个方面的特点与品质。

3、个性化教育是对学生提出个别要求，强调其个别性的一面，从而因材施教。所有这些个性化教育对个人素质提高和培养的过程就是充分奠定个体创造能力的过程。

Individual Education and Its Natural Meaning

Abstract: Individual education is a topic in heated discussion which is put forward on the basis of education efficiency being sufficiently recognized. Individual education can give its deep influence to a country’s development. Firstly the author generally studied the individual education development in modern Western countries, furthermore the author brings forward his suggestion, pointing out that individual education, creation education and diathesis education are related in unification．
