1、实施个性化教育是贯彻素质教育的基本要求，素质教育的落脚点在于对于人潜能的开发，促进人的素质全面发展9而个性是人综合素质的一种体现。

2、个性化教育的基本特征主要体现在三个方面：学校特色化、教学艺术化、学习个人化。

3、个性化教育实施的途径：积极推进教改实验，促进学校走向特色化；倡导行动研究法 鼓励教师成为研究者；改变传统教学方式 倡导自主、合作、探究的教学方式、评价多元化。
