摘要: 模式化教育因其相对统一的教学行为而具有基础性、系统性、规范性、高效性和公平性等特性，但忽视了学生的个性特征和发展；个性化教育从培养个体出发，充分尊重学生的个性发展需求，有利于创新性人才培养，但需要较多的教育资源，如果在国内高校全面实施会引起诸多问题，因此，本文提出发展以模式化教育为主、个性化教育为辅的高等教育模式，并给出该模式下开展教育的具体措施。

关键词: 个性化教育；模式化教育；高等教育；协调发展

总结：

1、模式化教育的特点是统一化，包括统一的教学目标，统一的教学大纲、统一的教学计划和课程安排、统一的教材和教学方法、统一的考试制度与评价体系等。这种统一化模式使之具有基础性、系统性、规范性、高效性和公平性等特性。

2、由于模式化教育过分强调教育目标的共性而忽视教育目标的个性，使其具有一定的局限性：对学生个性发展的忽视、对学生创造力的压抑和挫伤。

3、个性化教育的基本理念：尊重人的个性，注重个性发展；尊重个性差异，进行因材施教；发挥学生的主体性、自主性和选择性；重视学生创新思维和创新能力的培养。

4、—体化协调发展的高等教育模式：发挥模式化教育的基础作用、教育过程人性化、注重创新能力的培养、改进教学过程、改变教学方式。

Study of the Coordinated Development of Individualized Education and Standardized Education

Abstract: Standardized education，while noted for its basic，systemic，normative，efficient and egalitarian features，ignores students’ individualistic development needs．Individualized education，while beneficial for individualistic development and cultivation of creative people，sets a high demand on education resources and will cause many problems if implemented in China．This paper proposes a coordinated higher education framework with standardized education at its core and individualized education at its periphery，and indicates specific measures for operating the framework.
