摘要: “个性化教育”被引入中国已有二十多年，虽然一直没有明确的含义，但其本身并不算是新鲜话题。个性化教育并不是一种单纯的教育方法，而是一个多元的教育系统，本文主要论述个性化教育系统的四大要素——“个性化的前提”“个性化的目标”“个性化的过程”和“个性化的结果”，并阐述这四大要素之间的关系。

总结：

1、作为系统的个性化教育，至少应该包含四个基本要素：“个性化的前提”“个性化的目标”“个性化的过程”和“个性化的结果”。

2、四大要素在个性化教育系统中的作用：“个性化的前提”是基石；“个性化的目标”是纲领；“个性化的过程”是关键；“个性化的结果”是验证。

3、个性化教育系统的四大要素是统一的，每一环节都需要以之前环节作为前提保障。因此，每一位个性化教育的研究者和实施者，都应该自觉地用“系统”观念去看待个性化教育。

The Four Elements of the Individual Education System

Abstract: The Individual Education has been introduced to China for 20 years，SO it is not a new topic，though there has been no definition about it．The Individual Education is not a simple educational method，but a multiple educational system．The paper discusses the four elements of the individual education system，namely, “individual premise”, “individual goals”, “individual process” and “individual results” and described the relationship between these four elements．
