摘要：为了解我国关于美国高校师资队伍建设研究的现状，对中国期刊全文数据库2000～2010年发表的相关论文进行了统计，并立足研究实际，对各主要成果进行分析，指出已有研究存在的不足，以便把握研究现状，为后续研究提供借鉴。

总结：通过分析可以看出，我国近十年关于美国高校师资队伍建设研究成果颇丰，首先是选题范围广泛，从职前教育到在职培训、从资格认定到聘任、从专业发展到权益保障研究，涉及师资队伍建设的全过程。其次是研究层次不断深入，不仅有介绍性、叙述性研究，也有阐释性、解释性研究。同时，从年度成果统计看，近十年论文发表数量呈递增趋势，表明我国研究者日益重视对美国高校师资队伍建设的研究。但目前的研究也存在一些不足。从横向来看，与本科院校相比，对美国社区学院师资队伍建设研究相对薄弱。高职院校教师不仅与本科院校教师一样应该具有扎实的专业知识、研究及教育教学能力，还应该获取职业资格证书，掌握相关职业技能，成为“双师型”教师，二者在培养目标、培养内容、评价考核等方面有很大差异。而已有研究数据表明，我国对美国相关院校师资队伍研究成果仅为12%，且多局限于兼职教师队伍建设研究。从纵向来看，同其他主题相比，对美国高校教师培养研究稍显不足。郑琪、洪明的研究数据表明，2000～2009年我国有关美国教师“职前培养”的论文主题出现了140次，笔者收集到的以高校教师职前教育为主题的论文仅3篇，可见研究中小学教师职前培养的成果占绝大部分。因此，相关主题的研究应该在今后予以加强。

The review of Chinese research on the construction of teaching staff in American colleges and universities over the last ten years

Abstract: To better understand the status of the research on the construction of teaching staff in American colleges and universities, the author makes statistics of the papers published in CJFD between 2000 and 2010, and classifies them and analyzes each topic. Based on this, the article shows the readers the defects of the present researches, to help the following researchers grasp the situation, and provide references for further studies.
