摘要：对高校辅导员本质的科学认知是建构辅导员主体论理论体系的基本起点和认识前提。笔者以马克思主义本质观为指导，嗣绕高校辅导员本质的存在性、多维性、层次性、发展性等基本问题做了初步探讨：在存在性一卜，高校辅导员有自身质的规定性，其奉质是客观存在的；在多维性上，辅导员本质是由其内部主要矛盾与次要矛盾共同作用而形成的，需要从多维视角对其审视；在层次性七，辅导员本质可分为界本质、类本质、种本质、亚种本质与个体本质等基本层级；在发展性上，辅导员本质中与生俱来的政治本质并没有改变。其育人本质随时代发展而不断强化。

总结：马克思主义认为，任何事物都有其内在固有的根本属性即其本质。作为我国社会相对独立存在的行业群体，高校辅导员也不例外。近年来，关于教育、教师、乃至思想政治教育的本质多有探讨，但对于高校辅导员本质的科学内涵及认识方法却无人涉及，成为辅导员研究的空白点。笔者认为，对这一“元问题”的科学理解是建构辅导员主体论理论体系的基本起点和认识前提。在此笔者以马克思主义本质观为指导，围绕辅导员本质的存在性、多维性、层次性、发展性等问题做一些初步性探讨。

Viewpoint on the Essence of College Students’Counselors

Abstract: The scientific understanding of the essence of college students’ counselors is the beginning and cognitive premise of constructing the theoretical system of counselors’ subjectivities. Taking the ‘essence thought’ of Marxism as guidance, this paper provides preliminary exploration on some basic issues of counselors’ essence, such as the existence，multi-dimesion, hierarchy and development. As for existence，the author thinks that college students’ counselors have the characteristics of inherent stipulated nature, which is objective. For multi-dimension, the essence is formed under the joint actions of principal and non-principal contradictions among counselors themselves; it needs to be examined from multidimensional perspective. For hierarchy, the essence can be divided into boundary essence, category essence, type essence, sub-type essence and individual essence. For development, the author believes that counselors’ inherent political essence doesn’t change but the educating essence will be continuously strengthened with the development of the times.
