摘要：从辅导员主体论的视野看，高校辅导员的审美自觉实质卜是一种超越社会功利。实现自我全面发展的人格品质和理想状态。深入把握揭示高校辅导员审美自觉的基本内涵和形成规律，系统解读辅导员审美自觉所具有政治美向人本美、自我中心向非自我中心、欣赏美向创造美转化的内在特征，以期实现对于

当前高校辅导员审美人格形象的全新塑造，实现合规律性与合目的性的内在统一。

总结：基于对高校辅导员审美自觉内涵的理解，笔者认为高校辅导员审美自觉的形成也是一个动态发生的过程，它既是自身道德情感的审美化提升，也是辅导员主体意识对于美的意识形态的最终接受和逐步稳定。整体上看，高校辅导员审美自觉遵循了审美的基本规律，是合规律性与合目的性的内在统一。但由于当前高校辅导员职业的特殊性，高校辅导员的审美自觉集中呈现r以下几方面的特征：第一，高校辅导员的审美自觉由单一的政治美向多元的人本美转化。第二，高校辅导员审美自觉由自我中心向非自我中心转化。第三，高校辅导员审美自觉由接受美向创造美转化。综合来看，辅导员的审美自觉是一种审美教育的具体体现，是一种潜在的渗透式教育，它既作用于人的感官，又深入到人的内心深处，将真、善、美有机统一起来。对于新时期思想政治教育而言，高校辅导员的审美自觉不仅能够促进其自身的人格完善，还能够通过富于意蕴的直观形式而作用于学生个体本身，在满足学生对于美的内在需要的同时，最大限度地将自身内在的审美力量外化，从而充分发挥价值引导的作用，真正引领学生焕发生命的活力，实现对于美的自我发展和自觉追求。

On Aesthetic Consciousness of College Students’Counselors

Abstract: In terms of college students’ counselors’ subjectivities, counselors’ aesthetic consciousness is essentially a kind of personality trait and ideal state which surpass social utility and achieve all-round development of counselors themselves. This paper aims at revealing the basic connotation and forming rules of counselors’ aesthetic consciousness. By means of interpreting the inherent characteristics that counselors’ aesthetic consciousness transforms from politics-oriented beauty to humanism-oriented beauty, self-entered to not self-centered, and beauty appreciating to beauty creating, this paper expects to shape an entirely new personality profile of current college students’ counselors, thus realizing the conformity of law and aim.
