INQUIRY: The Road Less Traveled

Abstract: Flexible scheduling, except in the lower grades, provides time for guidance and collaboration with teachers, a necessary component for integrating information literacy into the IB curriculum, and for teaching the ethical use of resources, information technologies, and reading comprehension. With the support and structure of the PYP and the inquiry model, the difficulties of serving a transient population and a large ESL population are lessened as our dedicated team of teachers continues to struggle with, align, and adapt student inquiries so that there is a depth of knowledge and meaningful learning.

3、教师需要:更多的反思时间;最初三个阶段的调整状况,找出计划,整理;分享调查到的信息;整理源数据库;探索单元安排的各可能性。
