摘要：我国古代传统文化中孔子和老子的“无为”管理思想使我们对班级管理有了一个新的思考角度。现代教育理论要求发挥教师的主导作用，保证学生的主体地位，实现学生的自我教育。班级管理中“无为”教育的目的，正是提高受教育者的悟性，通过教育者的“无为”，促使受教育者的有为。

总结：1.班级是学生管理的基层单位，班集体是学生成长的温床。班级管理是以班级为单位的一切教育活动及作为班主任的一切职责的总称，“是指以一定的价值为口标，求得具备一定要素的业务的完成”。

2.现代社会管理的发展趋势是：给人以更多的尊重、更大的自主，同时要求人有更高的自觉、更严的自律在此，我国古代传统文化中孔子和老子的“无为”管理思想带给我们很大的启示，使我们从教育哲学上找到一个新的思考角度。

3.常用的直接的教育手段，如：讲课、报告、参观、访问、表扬、批评、奖励、惩罚、谈话等等。而不运用某些直接的具体手段，教育者的有些行为，在有意或无意中触动了受教育者的心灵，促使其觉悟。这种间接手段，有时更有力量。

4.青少年的成长是从他律逐步进入自律。“无为”教育艺术展现的是教育者导演的以学生为主体的自我教育。在班级管理中，无形无象，但有声有色的无为教育，能够使学生的自主意识大大增强，身心健康水平、智慧和悟性得到新的提高。

Tentative Discussion on the "Noninterference" Art in the Management of Classes

Abstract: Chinese traditional "noninterference" management thought of the Laozi and Confucius provides a new angle for the management of classes. The modern educational theory demand teachers to play a guide role in class, at the same time protect the students' major role thus to realize the students' self-teach .The aim of "noninterference" education in class management is just to improve the comprehension of the educated,  through "noninterference" method of the educations to promote the students' activities.
