 The Cooperation and Professional Role-Taking for Student Support - A Case Study of School Counseling Based on School Psychology

AbstractThe importance of school counselor based on school psychology was discussed through a case of school counselor in a local junior high school. The professional role of the school counselor: psycho-educational assessments, consultation, coordination and counseling were presented with examples. The function of school counselor was to deliver the idea of student support system and to support school, school staff, students and their parents in the school. For the successful school counseling, the efforts of administrators to establish the system in a flexible way are critical. Also, it is very essential that school nurse, head person of student support committee and school counselor work closely as key persons for student support services.

摘要:本文通过对当地中学的辅导员的调查咨询,来讨论基于学校心理学的学校辅导员角色的重要性。学校辅导员的职业角色包括:心理教育评估,磋商,协调与辅导等等。学校顾问的作用是提供学生支持系统的设想,并辅导帮助学校、学校工作人员,学生和家长。对于成功的学校辅导,建立灵活的学校支持系统是关键;此外,学校护士、学生支援委员会的领导应该协助学校辅导员的工作,共同为支援学生而服务。
