 Main component and its effects of trainig program of school organization managementTPSOMbased on Theory of School Organizaion Development

AbstractThe purposes of this study are 1to report contents of the trainig program on school organization managementTPSOMbased on Theory of School Organizaion DevelopmentTSOD, Sako 2011, and to verify effects of this program. The main componets of TPSOM are as follows ;

1characteristis of Schools as organizarion, 2school outcomes and organizational and managemnet factors, 3basic models of management for spontaneous improvement of school, 4method to make up and share the topics of the school challeng, and 5method to promote collaborative improvement of teachers’ instruction.

The program was applied to 53 head teachers. Resposes of head teachers are shown below. 1they showed positive evaluation to all areas of TPSOM, in both degree of understanding and degree of effectiveness, 2positve evaluation was higher in degree of understanding than degree of effectiveness, 3positve response was most salient in ‘method to make up and share the topics of the school challenges among of 5 areas. These tendencies are suggested the availablity of TPSOM.

摘要:1)本研究的目的在于:报告学校组织管理培训项目的内容以及验证这一项目的效果,学校组织管理培训项目主要包括:①学校组织特性。②学校成果及组织管理因素。③自发改善学校管理的基本模型。④弥补和分享学校挑战的经验。⑤促进教师教学的方法。

2)本项目采访了53位班主任,结果如下:

①他们对TPSOM项目的各个内容给予了积极的评价。

②在评价的积极性方面,理解层面要高于有效性。

③积极反应最突出的是第五项。
