当前我国学前教育教师队伍建设面临的问题与对策

摘要:办好学前教育党的是十八大的明确要求,是教育发展的必然选择;师资的数量与质量,是办好学前教育的核心要素和关键环节;不解决好师资问题,“办好”学前教育就会沦为空谈。而要从根木上全面彻底解决师资问题,当前最紧迫的任务就是要狠抓现有政策和制度项目的落实,并及时启动新一轮学前教育改革的顶层设计。

总结:1.当前乃至今后相当长的一段时间里,我国学前教育教师队伍建设,主要而临以下四大挑战:
(1)教师地位函待提高;
(2)师资来源函待改善;
(3)生师比例函待降低;
(4)区域、城乡、园际间的“三大差距”函待缩小。
2. 我国学前教育下一步如何改革与发展,应在价值理念、政策选择和制度安排上有新目标、新思考,特别是在关键性改革上要有实质性的突破。具体建议是:
(1)启动新一轮“三年行动计划”;
(2)落实幼儿园教师的“工资待遇”;
(3)制定教师“同工(同岗)同酬”的操作细则;
(4)完善“学前教师教育体系”;
(5)优化财政性“学前教育经费”的支出结构。

Abstract: The 18th National Congress has made it clear that to run preschools well is an evitable choice for China to develop its education; the quantity and quality of teachers is the core clement and key link of running preschool education; if we can’t settle the problem of faculty, the wish of running preschool education will become bunkum, In order to completely solve the problem of teachers, the pressing task for us now is to focus on the implementation of existing policies and institutional projects,and timely launch the top—level design for a new round of preschool education reform.
