摘要：学校培养人的教育活动主要是通过教师教育行为来实现的，学校教育是否成功，主要取决于教师教育行为是否具有教育性等特征。教育行为主要是指教师对学生施加教育影响的外在表现，是教师在教育活动中对教育内容的理解处理、对教育过程的合理组织与学生交往的动态表现。教师教育行为是教师思想、知识、技能、品行、风格、情感、态度、价值观等综合素质的反映。现代学校教师教育行为具有教育性与思想性、社会性与目的性、科学性与文化性、规范性与合法性、策略性与艺术性等五大特征。

总结：1. 教师教育行为的教育性与思想性是统一的，教师教育行为要以人本教育思想为灵魂为思考，教育行为的思想性要体现对生命的关爱。热爱学生是教育思想的灵魂，教师教育行为有爱，思想深远，才能提升教育品位。

2. 教育的社会性要求教师根据国家和社会发展的需要来施教，教育目的是社会对造就培养人才的质量规格的总要求规定，教育的社会性与教育的目的性是一致的。教师教育行为文明高尚，目的明确，符合社会公共利益需求和国家教育方针，才能施之以教育。

3.教师教育行为的科学性蕴含着科学育人的文化性，教育行为的文化性也内含了教育行为的科学性。教师教育行为真，符合教育科学规范，才能使学生健康成长；教师教育行为雅，才能熏陶人生美丽。

4. 教师教育行为的规范性与合法性具有一致性，相辅相成。教师教育行为端正，符合教师职业道德规范和国家法律意志规范，才能教书育人。

5. 教师教育行为的策略性与教育行为的艺术性具有内在的联系性，教师教育行为善和美，具有教育策略性和教育艺术性，才能增强教育感染力，提高教书育人效果。

About the Main Characteristics of Teachers’ Education Behaviors

Abstract: Education is mainly realized through teachers’ education behavior and  the success of education depends on the educativeness of teachers’ education behavior.  Education behavior refers to the expression of teachers’ educating influence on the students ,and the dynamic expression of the manipulation of the teaching contents，the  organization  of  the  teaching  process  and  the  communication  between  students  and  teachers. Teachers’ education behavior is an overall reflection of a teacher’s idea，knowledge，skill, moral ,and views of value.  In our time，teachers’ education behavior bears the 5 main characteristics，namely ,ideological content social  content  and  purpose，scientifically  and  culturality , normativeness  and  legality,  and  strategically and artifulness.
