摘要：2011年颁布的《教师教育课程标准》(试行)明确提出了教师教育课程的实践取向理念。教育见习和教育实习是落实教师教育课程实践取向理念的主要载体。文章围绕我校特色应用型本科高校特色专业“做精教师教育”建设构想，从教育见习和教育实习两方面，探讨了教师教育实践课程的行动策略。师范生在见习前，要制定见习计划;见习中，要熟悉学校工作;见习后，要重视见习总结。师范生在实习前，要明确实习意义;实习中，要投入实习工作;实习后，要做好评价与总结。

关键词：教师教育课程标准；实践性课程；教育见习；教育实习

总 结：1.教育见习是师范生进入中小学观察体验学校生活的活动，其主要目的是让师范生熟悉中小学学校环境，形成对中小学教育教学工作的感性认识，为下一步的教育实习奠定基础：

（1）见习前：制定见习计划，见习项目具体化；

（2）见习中：熟悉学校工作，教育认识感性化；

（3）见习后：重视见习总结，明确努力方向。

2. 教育实习是实现教师教育课程实践取向理念的重要环节。师范生应积极行动起来，全身心投入教育实习：

（1）实习前：明确实习意义，做好工作准备；

（2）实习中：投入实习工作，提升职业技能；

（3）实习后：做好评价与总结，促进专业发展。

3. 教师教育实践性课程的实施是一项系统工程，需要引起重视。要不断改进教师教育实践课程的行动策略，提高行动的实效J险，并在行动中努力促进未来教师—师范生的专业发展。

Action Strategy for Teacher’s Practical Education Courses

    Abstract:  "Teacher Education Curriculum Standards”(2011)presents the intention  of practice for teacher education curriculum，where education probation and teaching practice are the main orientation. The action strategy for teacher’s practice education courses is discussed from the two aspects. Normal university students should make detailed plan before probation，get familiar with the practice in the target school } and write trainee summary. Before they go to probation，they should know the significance of practice，and be devoted fully in the work，and evaluate carefully.
