教师实践性知识视域课程的问题与对策

摘要:教师实践性知识支配着教师的教育教学行为,因此,实践性知识对教师的养成具有重要意义。从教师实践性知识的内在结构分析入手,反思当前教师教育课程存在的问题,指出教师教育课程设置,教学方式,教育实践等方面存在的问题。在此基础上,提出调整课程内容,变革教学方式,加强实践指导与反思等几方面的意见与建议,以提高师范生的培养质量。

总结:1. 教师实践性知识视域教师教育课程的问题:
(1)课程内容:目前我国教师教育中关于教师信念的课程几乎没有开设,导致了对教师信念的培养处于空白状态。
(2)教学方式:在师范生的培养上,教学方式倾向单一,教师在教学中主要采用讲授的方式进行。
(3)教育实习:教育实习上,过分注重实习时间的长短,而对实习的效果缺少关注。
2. 教师实践性知识视域教师教育课程问题的相关对策:
(1)调整课程内容;
(2)变革教学方式;
(3)加强实践指导与反思。
An Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of the Teacher-Education Curricula from the Perspective of Teacher's Practical Knowledge

Abstract:Teachers' practical knowledge dominates their making educational and teaching behaviors. Therefore, practical knowledge plays an important role in the of a teacher. In this paper,an analysis is made of the internal structure of teacher's practical knowledge. Based on this,the problems in the current teacher-education curricula, such as the setup of the curricula, teaching methods,and teaching practice . Furthermore, suggestions are provided to improve the quality of teacher education. The suggestions are adjusting the contents of curricula, innovate teaching methods,and strengthening instructions on practice and reflection.
