 专业化视域下的中小学校长领导力研究

摘要:专业化是指一个职业不断发展、不断成熟成为专门职业的过程。中小学校长这个职业还没有达到专业化水准,尚处于半专业化阶段。在教育发展新阶段的背景下,校长的领导力已经成为衡量学校发展的重要指标。在专业标准的引领下,中小学校长领导力的要素包括校长的价值领导力、教学领导力和组织领导力。校长作为学校中的灵魂人物,其领导力的提高对教育均衡、优质发展起着重要作用。校长专业化视角下提升校长领导力的路径主要包括:提高领导素养,不断完善个体价值观;引领课堂教学改革,促进教师专业化发展;优化内部管理,调适外部环境。

Leadership Research of Primary and Secondary school Headmasters under the Perspective of Specialization

Abstract: Specialization is a profession which experiences a continuous development and maturation to become a specialized profession. This careerPrimary and secondary school headmasterhas not yet reached professional standardsis still in a semi-professional stage. In the new stage of the context of development of educationthe leadership of headmasters has become an important indicator to measure the development of schools. Under the guidance of professional standardsthe elements of headmasters’ leadership include the value of leadershipteaching leadershiporganizational leadership. As the soul of schoolsthe headmaster’s leadership plays a key role in improving balanced education and high-quality development. The pathsto enhance the headmasters’leadership in the perspective of professionalizationincludeimproving the leadership qualities and constantly improving the individual values; leading teaching reform and promoting professional development of teachersoptimizing the internal management and coping with external environment.
