摘要：西方关于教师专业合作的研究成果在表现出丰富性特点的同时，也呈现出零散和杂乱的特点。文章基于社会学、管理学和心理学等学科视角，对西方教师专业合作的理论研究进行梳理，同时对西方教师专业合作的实践研究进行概括，从而展现这一研究领域的发展脉络以厘清需要进一步研究的命题。这对于我国当前正在勃兴的教师合作文化建设富有理论与实践指导意义。

其一，尽管各种研究在研究视野、研究方法、研究性质等方面存在差异，但殊途同归，都一致推崇合作的教师专业发展方式，这充分凸显了教师专业合作作为一种新的教师专业发展理念和方式的合理性；其二，各种研究呈现出散、乱、杂的特点，它需要运用适当的方式（如学科视角）来对之进行归纳；其三，目前的研究都未能很好地回答教师专业合作的重大理论问题和实践问题。

A Review on the Research of Teachers Professional

Collaboration in Western Countries

Abstract: The achievement of the research on teachers collaboration is currently characterized by abundance and an awful mess in western countries. The article gives a summary to the theory research on the teachers collaboration in view of a multidisciplinary approach, and also gives a survey of research on the practice of teacher collaboration, consequently clarifies the history, the current situation of the research on teachers collaboration and issues which must be further studied in the future. All these show essential instructions to China’s constructing teachers collaboration culture in the theory and practice.
