国外教师教育模式变革分析

摘要:近年来,各国政府将教师教育作为发展教育和提高教育质量的重要战略措施加以建设,教师职业的专业化特点日益明显,教师教育体系日益完善。教师教育改革的主旋律是教师的专业发展,教师教育的价值取向是基于学生成功需要和学校发展基础之上的教师专业化发展,高等学校继续保持教师教育功能的关键是与中小学建立密切的合作关系。

Analysis on the Change of World Teacher Education Model

Abstract: In recent years, many foreign governments have taken teacher education as an important strategic measure to develop education and enhance the quality of education with construction so that the characteristics of teachers' professionalization are getting more and more distinct and the teacher educational system is getting complete. The major melody of teacher education reform is the teachers' professional development. The value orientation of teacher education is the teachers' professional development based on the demand of students for success and the school development. The key of teachers' colleges continuously maintaining the teachers' educational function is to establish close cooperative relationship with primary and secondary schools.
