摘要：一个国家的发展必须要有大量的高素质人才做支撑，人才的培养在教育，教育的关键在教师。教师专业化无疑是提高教师素质的最佳途径，教师专业化已成为当今世界教师教育发展的趋势。在论述教师专业化的基础上，着重研究了加快教师的专业化过程中的几种教师教育模式：“能力本位”模式与“标准本位”模式、良师辅导模式、校本培训模式、教师专业发展学校模式、“相似教育模式”。并对教师教育模式的选择提出了一些看法。

1.教师教育模式的选择要有利于提高教师专业化过程的效率，加快教师专业化进程。

2.教师教育模式的建构应充分体现“教师本位”的教师专业发展观，凸显教师的主体地位。

Teacher Professionalization and Teacher Education Modes

Abstract: The development of a country demands a large number of high quality talents, and the cultivation of talents lies in education, the key of which is teacher. Teacher professionalization, the best way to improve teachers’ quality, has become a universal trend of teacher education. Based on the elaboration on teacher professionalization, the paper explores several modes for teacher education to accelerate teacher professionalization: competence-oriented mode, standard-oriented mode, tutoring mode, training mode, and similarity education mode, etc. The paper also presents some views about the choice of these modes.
