摘要：有效的教学是与有效的领导紧密联系在一起的。教师作为教学的领导者和管理者,只有具有良好的教学领导行为,才能促进学生身心的全面发展。因而掌握教师教学领导行为的内涵及其角色特征,了解教师教学领导行为对学生发展的影响,探讨教师教学领导行为的优化策略就具有了十分重要的理论和实践价值。

Teachers’ Teaching Leadership Behavior and

Students’ Overall Development

Abstract: Effective teaching is closely connected with effective leadership. As leaders and administrators of teaching, teachers must have good teaching leadership behavior in order to promote the overall development of the students. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to grasp the connotations of teaching leadership behavior, to understand the effects of teaching leadership behavior on the student development and to explore the optimization of the strategies of teaching leadership behavior.
