论高等学校教师的课堂教学领导力

摘要:“智如泉涌,行可以为表仪者,人师也。”当代的高等教育对教师也有了新的要求。本文从教学领导力的构成出发,分析了教师应具备的课堂教学领导力,并从有效沟通、有效激励、人格魅力和专业技能四个方面给出了建议。

Abstract:Nowadays, the present higher education has imposed new requirements for the teachers. Based on the composition of the teaching leadership, the essay analyzes the leadership that the teachers should possess, and puts forward some suggestions with regards the efficient communication, stimulation, personality and professional abilities.
