Abstract：Nowadays, the present higher education has imposed new requirements for the teachers. Based on the composition of the teaching leadership, the essay analyzes the leadership that the teachers should possess, and puts forward some suggestions with regards the efficient communication, stimulation, personality and professional abilities.
