Abstract：The decline in the number of young people in Russia will mean fewer students in higher education, and a reduction in the number of professors by about a quarter. This will require difficult decisions to be made, the rationale for which has not yet been decided on, with uncertain consequences.

总  结：即使有突然的出生率急剧上升，在新的学生将不会显示在高等教育机构十七年。现在的学生数第五年级第十年级的学生将相同数量，我们将在五年，或是少了点。同时，它告诉辅导员坦言必需很快，几乎从他们每四（可能是从每三在较高的国家和市级机构学习）是多余的。谁会最终在那百分比将由高等教育机构的确定“的地方，”根据情况。和所有的标准“生存”将有去付诸行动，包括在脸上即将到来的“优化”的高等教育的数量在国家机构。目前，我们没有看到任何迹象任何政府计划将减轻的情况
