摘  要：辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性，提升辅导员的胜任能力至关重要。从当前社会环境、工作对象、思想观念影响等方面进行分析，提出专业型和发展型辅导员队伍建设是提升辅导员胜任力的有效路径，并提出了建设措施。

关键词：高校辅导员；专业型；发展型；胜任力

总  结：构建专业型、发展型高校辅导员的思考：要增强辅导员的胜任力，辅导员自身要不断学习，不断修炼，提升自己的专业素质，培养发展潜质。与此同时，高校也要创设条件，为塑造专业型和发展型辅导员而努力。(一)摆正学生工作位置。确保辅导员成长基本条件；(二)注重学习培训和实践锻炼相结合。为提升辅导员胜任力提供保障；(三)实施合理化管理，为辅导员素质发展保驾护航；(四)采取发展性评价。建立辅导员激励机制。

Professionalism and Development: the Real Demands of University Counselor Competence

Abstract: The counselor is the backbone of the undergraduates ideological and political education. In order to enhance actual effect of the undergraduates ideological and political education, it is very important to improve counselor competence. According to analysis of the current social environment, the characteristics of undergraduates, the influences of ideas and SO on, this article puts forward that the team construction of the special and developmental counselor is an effective way to improve counselor competence. And construction measures are also put forward.
