Principal as Instructional LEADERS

Abstract: The article looks at school principals in the United States as instructional leaders. It states that due to increased educational accountability standards, budget cuts, and staff reductions the responsibilities of principals have increased beyond typical management functions. Principal training programs, teacher-principal relationships, and time management skills are also discussed.
