 LEADERSHIP FOR INNOVATIVE OMANI SCHOOLS IN THE 21ST CENTURY: TRANSFORMING PRINCIPAL IDENTITY THROUGH CULTURALLY CONTEXTUALIZED TRAINING.

Abstract: The article focuses on developing the competence of principals to exercise control in restructuring schools in Oman. With the move to a decentralized structure by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Oman, school principals should focus more on leadership than management and implementation of the Principal Leadership Training (PLT) program for certain principals. A brief country information about Oman and its goals to achieve Vision 2020 for education is presented. It also explores the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE), an analysis of leadership effectiveness in relation to society and culture among nations worldwide.

总结:应更注重领导比管理和执行某些校长校长领导力培训(PLT)的计划。关于阿曼和其目标的简要国家信息实现2020年远景规划的教育方法。它还探讨了全球领导力与组织行为效率(GLOBE),对领导效能的关系,在世界范围内各国之间的社会和文化的分析。
