 社会公正领导理论研究

摘要:20世纪70年代开始,教育领导理论出现“从林”景象。进人21世纪以后,这个从林中社会公正领导研究历史虽然不长,但是研究文献却有实质性的增长,短短几年,社会公正领导一跃成为当代西方教育领导研究的三大主流综合范式之一,成为重塑21世纪教育领导专业的一个主流方向。它聚焦于平等、公正等价值和伦理问题,以一种关怀性的价值立场看待教育领导领域,关注学校教育领域乃至全社会的不平等不公正现象。

本论文中,笔者主要运用文献分析法,对社会公正领导理论做了的一个较为详细地梳理与阐释,主要内容包含社会关注领导理论的内容构成,社会公正领导的产生与发展,对社会公正领导理论的初步评价与展望,探讨在我国当下学校管理实践运用的可能性与紧迫性。

社会公正领导理论与其他领导理论相比,最令人耳目一新的领导理念是对弱势群体学生的关注与关怀,教育领导者的一切行动都围绕着学生的学业成就而展开。其研究兴起于20世纪90年代末,至今仍处于快速发展时期。它深刻受到了女性主义、社会正义、批判教育等思想的熏陶。在教育领导理论蓬勃发展的浪潮中,社会公正领导理论体现了许多独具的优势,然而毕竟它还处于发展之中,并不成熟,还存在一些局限和不足,对其评价应客观。但我们更应看到其积极的借鉴意义。

国外有很多学者运用实证研究方式探讨了学校领导与管理实践中注重社会公正领导的必要性与现实性。他们不仅探讨了学校中不公正不公平的教育机制,还探讨了在学校中推进社会公正理论及其行动的方法与策略。本论文呈现了校长推进社会公正的行动策略,并基于我同目前的社会背景及学校教育情境,指出我国学校教育中推进社会公正领导的必要性、可能性与紧迫性,进而提出在我国学校管理实践中推进社会公正领导的具体方法和政策建议。诸如校长要以人/社区为本,促进与家长和社区的沟通,校长要勇于促进学校的改进与发展;注重学校领导的前后延续,做好校长的更替工作等。

AbstractSince the 1970 s, “Jungle scene” of educational leadership theory appears. In twenty-first Century, the research history of leadership for social justice is not long, but the research literature has grown substantially. In the nineteen seventies,’’ Jungle" scene of educational leadership theory appears. In twenty-first century in this jungle the history of social justice leadership research is not long, but the research literature has grown substantially. It has become one of three main synthetic paradigm of contemporary educational leadership after a few years, and become a mainstream direction of remodeling educational-leadership major in twenty-first Century. Leadership for social justice focuses on equality, justice and other values and ethical issues, viewing educational leadership with a value of concern, and paying close attention to unequal and unfair phenomenon in the field of school education and even the whole society.

This paper mainly uses literature analysis method to systematically explore/discuss this topic. This paper mainly uses literature analysis to do a detailed analysis and interpretation on social justice leadership theory. The main content includes social attention to leadership theory, emergence and development of social justice leadership, initial evaluation and prospect for theory of social justice leadership, and discussing the possibility and urgency of applying the social justice leadership theory to the management of schools in our country.

To compare with other theories of leadership, the most refreshing point of social justice leadership theory is to care for students of vulnerable groups, and all operations of educational leaders are carried out around students' academic achievement. The study began at the end of nineteen nineties, and it is still in a period of rapid development. It affected profoundly by the idea of feminism, social justice, and critical education. In the booming wave of educational leadership theory, theory of social justice leadership has many unique advantages. However, it is still in development and it is not mature. There are still some limitations and shortcomings, so we should evaluate it objectively. But we also can draw lessons from it.

There are many foreign scholars using empirical research to explore the necessity and reality of social justice leadership in school leadership and management practice. They not only discussed the unfair education mechanism in the school, but also explored the method and strategy of promoting social justice theory and its operation in school. This paper presents the principal's action strategies of promoting social justice. Based on current social background and school education situation in China it points out the necessity, possibility and urgency of promoting social justice leadership in the school education of our country. It then puts forward specific methods and policy suggestions on promoting social justice leadership in the practice of school management in our country. Such as holding people-oriented idea by the principal, promoting communication between parents and the community, promoting school improvement and development, focus on continuity of school leadership, and do a good replacement job of the principals.
