摘要：随着大数据、4G 高速网络时代到来，实时交互、成本低廉的网络事件对社会生活、政策法规、人民心态影响逐渐加深。事件监控、舆论引导等问题引起广泛重视。本文针对网络事件发生的早期特征对其进行实时监测评价，对其未来发展进行预测，以期预警和引导舆论的良性发展。

本文跟踪收集大量网络事件并记录早期特征和最终影响范围，全程评估及评价内容，归纳总结了网络事件扩散的时间规律、热度规律和生物时钟规律、不同网络事件信息筛选规律和同一网络事件信息筛选规律。通过实时网络事件归类、扩散性和倾向性检测，建立网络事件数据间的逻辑关系，依据网络事件扩散规律建立了网络事件扩散模型。

总结：文章第一章通过阐述国内与国外网络事件、网络舆情发展现状与研究内容，论述了 网络事件现阶段面临的主要问题。第二章主要介绍了介绍文章的整体研究思路。第三章归纳总结了研究网络事件扩散期间发现的规律与现象。第四章提出网络事件扩散模型和预测算法。第五章阐述网络事件的预警和引导机制。第六章使用技术手段实现网络事件监测预测系统的开发。第七章给出预测系统的预测结果，对扩散模型和预测系统进行验证。第八章对现阶段网络事件发展的总结和对未来网络事件监控系统的展望。

Abstract:With the coming of 4G high-speed network era, the propagation scheme of Network Events, which is real-time in interaction and low in cost, has different degrees of effects on society lifes, policies and regulations and the mentalities of the people. So it brings about problems  on  monitoring  and  leading  of  the  public  opinion.My  article  carries  out  the real-time  monitoring  and  evaluation  for  the  early  characteristics  of  network  events,  and predicts its future development, in order that we can alert and guide a healthy development of the public opinion.

The  article  studies  the  diffusion  model  of  network  events,  I  collected  the  early characteristics  and  the  final  diffusion  range  of  a  lot  of  network  events,  I  recorded  a  full evaluation  and  its  contents,  I  summarized  the  time  regular,  the  heat  regular  and  the biological clock regular of network events diffusion, and rule of information filtering for different network events, rule of information filtering for the same network event. We established a network event propagation model based on the diffusion regular of network events.
