 中小学教师信息素养问题研究

摘要:时代飞速发展,教育信息化浪潮迅猛前进,提升教师的信息素养是教育信息化发展的必然要求。中小学教师的信息素养关系着素质教育地实施、新课标地重要改革,因此提高中小学教师的信息素养已经成为迫在眉睫的事情。中小学教师的信息素养地提升受到软硬件投入,政策扶持,人文环境的构建,时代的机遇等各个方面的影响。

本文以黑龙江省大兴安岭地区加格达奇区的中小学教师作为研究对象,首

先,通过文献研究法总结出了信息素养的核心概念以及包含元素,其次,通过问

卷调查法和访谈法明确了该区中小学教师信息意识、信息能力、信息化教学设计

以及信息安全等方面的现状,分析出原因,找到弊端和提升点。最后,结合本地

区的基本情况,从师范生教育阶段、中小学教师的职前和职后培训阶段这三个阶

段入手,针对各个阶段的特点,分别提出了相应的措施。并且从学校、政策以及

教师自身方面提出了改善教师信息素养的基本策略与方法。

总结:文章主要内容有三方面:

第一章概述信息素养。主要包括信息素养的内涵和中小学教师信息素养的构成要素。包括信息意识形态、信息知识、信息能力、信息价值判断、信息安全等内容。

第二章通过调查中小学教师信息素养的现状和结果分析,提出中小学教师信息素养出现的问题与原因。

第三章分别从中小学教师三阶段培训、学校方面、教师自身方面和政策引领方面提出提高中小学教师信息素养的路径和方法。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the times, the tide of educational information develops swiftly.  Promoting teachers' information literacy is the inevitable requirement of the development of  educational information.  Primary and secondary school teachers’ information literacy related  with the implementation of quality education, the new curriculum standard important reforms,  so improving teachers' information literacy has becomeimminent. Primary and secondary  school teachers' information literacy through software and hardware investment, policy  support, the construction of humanistic environment, the opportunity of the times and other aspects of impacts.

In this paper take the primary and secondary schools’ teachers in Heilongjiang province Daxing'an Mountain range Jiagedaqi District as the research object, first of all, through the literature research method to summarize information literacy core concepts and contains elements, then, by questionnaire and interview, made clear the current situation of the primary and secondary school teachers' information consciousness, information ability, informational instructional design and information security aspects, analyze causes, find the disadvantages and the lifting point. Finally, combining the basic situation of our region, from the normal school students' educational level, pre-service training phase, on-the-job training phase the three stages start, according to the characteristic of each phase, and put forward corresponding measures. And from schools, policy and teachers themselves are proposed to improve the information accomplishment of teachers of the basic strategies and methods.
