从交易走向愿景，让课程领导充满魅力

摘要：交易型课程领导的基调是自私人性观主导的交易，利益激发教师的外在动机；转型课程领导主张人人智慧平等，每个人都是自我导引，合作共同体中的课程参与者平等地共同构建愿景。愿景的感召力量使组织众人一体，使课程领导充满魅力。

第三部分为愿景。从交易型课程领导到转型课程领导，愿景凸现出来，课程领导事务的基本价值追求发生转变，即从对技术理性的追求逐渐转变到实践理性与解放理性的张扬，从而最终调动每个人的智慧，借助愿景这一中介，在组织中形成众归一体的力量。

From Transaction to Vision, Curriculum Leadership Will Turn on the Charm

Abstract: Transactional leadership aims at transaction activity after the outlook of man's selfish nature. Benefits arouse outer-motive of teachers. Transforming leadership holds the view that every man is equality on wisdom and can guide himself tinder his aims. Every teacher in the Cooperative community will advance visions together about curriculum equally. Vision is super to transaction on the view of man's nature and the effect, which make curriculum leadership be full of charming.
