《新西兰中学生涯教育自我评估标准》述评

摘要：随着世界经济一体化进程的不断推进，新的就职环境向年轻人提出了自主进行生涯规划的更高要求。新西兰就业中心通过制定一套从中等教育阶段到高等教育阶段完整的生涯教育评估标准，为中学生提供了系统、具有可操作性的生涯规划指南。该标准以学生的生涯管理能力为核心，以领导力、信息系统、项目与服务为依托，形成了以学生为中心、关注弱势群体、强调多方参与的特点。本文通过对这些标准的研究，以期对我国教育部门制定生涯教育的政策以及中学开展生涯教育提供一定的借镜。

总结：1、生涯教育自我评估标准提出的背景：

（1）国际来说，是经济全球化的推进；

（2）国内来说，是因为不同民族受教育水平的差异所导致。

2、生涯教育自我评估框架：《标准》提供了一套从中等教育阶段到高等教育阶段完整的评估体系。该体系主要由四部分组成：学生的生涯管理能力、学校领导力、信息系统、项目与服务，并形成了以学生的生涯管理能力为核心，以学校领导力、信息系统、项目与服务为依托，全面与系统地评估与衡量学生生涯发展水平的完备架构。

3、生涯教育自我评估标准的特点有：以学生为中心、关注弱势群体以及强调多方参与。

4、新西兰生涯教育自我评估为我国带来的启示：

（1）增强校领导生涯规划意识，培养教师生涯教育的技能。

（2）搭建生涯教育平台，让学生学会生涯管理。

（3）建立家—社—校合作模式，提供及时的生涯资讯与指导。

（4）促进教育机会的均等，挖掘少数民族学生。

Review on Career Education Benchmarks in New Zealand’s Secondary Schools

Abstract：The new labor market forces young people to have the competencies of career planning with the integration of world economy.  Career New Zealand carried out career education benchmarks series for all students in Year 7 and above.  Basically, the benchmarks provide a framework to enable secondary schools to assist their students’career development in a specific and integrated way.  Central to the benchmarks is building student career management c;ompetenoies. Leadership, information systems, programmes and services are required to enable all students to build their career management competenoies. Students at the center, assisting priority student groups and stakeholders involved are the key characteristic of the benchmarks.  Some experience are expected to learn for the career education in our country from this study.
