教师文化建设的个案研究

摘要:以济南师范附属小学作为研究对象,透视当今教师群体的生存状态,可以看出,教师群体中普遍存在着教育失败的外部归因、保守的价值取向、封闭及个人主义教学方式等一系列的问题。教师精神状态和思维方式的提升与转变是一个复杂的过程,离不开精神的引领与制度的规约。教师不仅应该为教育与社会的发展提供智力支持,而且要为人类社会的发展提供道德引领。而对当今社会生活中的道德失范与价值混乱现象,教师必须以中流砒柱的姿态抵制道德的偏差,为人类社会的和谐、健康发展而努力。教师文化的建设非一日之功,重要的是要持之以恒。

总结:1、当今教师群体中普遍存在着教育失败的外部归因、保守的价值取向、个人主义教学方式等问题。
2、为了改变教师的传统价值观念和行为方式,打造满意且具有成就感和事业心的教师群体,济师附小决定通过文化的建设影响教师的行为,主要措施如下:
(1)明确办学理念——价值引领;
(2)校园物质文化建设——环境育人;
(3)先锋论坛——开阔视野;
(4)百年校庆——凝聚人心;
(5)组织结构改革——理顺机制;
(6)校本制度的建构——“制度暖人心”。
Construction of Teachers‘Cultural Spirits:A Case Study

Abstract:This paper takes Primary School attached to Jinan Normal College as an instance, probes into the existing situation of the teachers, and finds that there exists a series of problems in this group, such as the exterior factors of the failure of teaching, conservative values, closed and self-engrossed teaching methods. The improvement and transformation of the teachers’ psychosis and thinking model is a complicated process, which can not be parted from the guide of spirits and stipulations of the institutions. Teachers should provide not only intellectual support, but the moral guide for the development of education and society. Confronted with the phenomena of criterion-missing and value-confusion, teachers as the mainstay, must resist the moral discrepancy and make great efforts for the healthy and harmonious development of the society. The construction of teachers’cultural spirits cannot be accomplished in an action, but to be persisted on.
