教育创新语境下教育家校长的三项修炼

摘要:造就教育家校长不仅是校长专业发展的最终目标,也构成了教育创新时期我国人才资源建设战略的新举措。从自我发展角度讲,校长成长为教育家有必要完成三项修炼:其一,通过理论性知识的积淀和实践性知识的构建,实现创新思维生成;其二,通过培养实践创新能力和敢于突破常规的魄力,促进创新行为实践;其三,通过把校长作为一项天职和把校长塑造成公共知识分子,提升创新品格修为。
关键词:教育创新;教育家校长;自我修炼
总结:“造就一批教育家,倡导教育家办学”是新时期我国实施教育人才资源建设战略的新举措。那怎么培育教育家,本文给了如下方法:

Three Forms of Self-improvement for Training Educationist-oriented Principals in the Context of Educational Innovation

Abstract:Self-improvement is an effective way for school principals to evolve into educationist-oriented principals.Specifically,it includes three aspects.First,by means of accumulating a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge,the principals can gain a creative way of thinking.Second,by means of cultivating the abilities of innovation and practice,and the courage of breaking through the convention,the principals can practice all kinds of creative behavior.Third,by means of taking the principal position as the first duty and making principals as “Public Intellectual”, the principals can elevate the mind for innovation.
