论中小学校长的办学理念

摘要：校长办学理念是校长对办学实践的理性思考和理想追求，是校长办学信念的集中体现，具有理想性、全局性、实践性、独特性、稳定性的基本特征。重视办学理念，是中小学校长专业发展的内在需要,是学校组织发展的内在需要，也是时代发展的迫切需要。中小学校长应确立创新生活是学校的基本使命、爱是教育的基本途径、教师是学校发展的第一关键资源的办学理念，不断丰富自我人生实践和办学实践，自觉确立高远的人生信念，大力提升教育理论素养。

总结：1.“理念”，最早是由柏拉图提出来的一个重要的哲学范畴，是指在本质上使得某个东西成为这个东西的东西。因此,理念反映事物的本质，展现事物的应然存在。黑格尔极大地深化了对“理念”的理解。他将精神发展划分为五个阶段：意识、自我意识、理性、客观精神和绝对精神。理念在精神运动中是绝对精神的体现，是在人认识范围之外的“自在自为的真理”。“自在”指理念是客观存在的；“自为”指理念是自主地存在的。

据此理解，校长办学理念是校长对办学实践的理性思考和理想追求，是校长办学信念的集现。

2. 人生实践与办学实践是办学理念的重要来源。马克思指出：“不是从观念出发来解释实践，而是从物质实践出发来解释观念的东西。”

3. 确立办学理念的过程，是校长人生实践的一部分，以校长的人生信念为基础。校长正是依据自身对人生的理解来追求其教育理想和学校发展理想的。

4. 教育理论的助推或提升作用，要求校长重视理论学习，努力提高自身的理论素养。理论本身也是一个非常复杂的系统。学习理论的过程，并不是单一的对教育理论的接受过程，同样是一个发现、选择、创新的过程。

On School Running Concept of Primary and Secondary School Principals

Abstract: Principals' school running concept is the rational reflection and ideal pursuit of the principals for the school running practice, which is a collective expression to the principals' school running faith, with the basic characteristics of being ideal, overall, practical, particular and stable. Valuing school running concepts is the internal demand for the principals' professional development and the school organizational development, as well as the emergency demand for the era development. Primary and secondary school principals should establish the school running concept that innovative life is the basic mission of the school, love is the basic way of education and teachers are the first key resource of the school development. They should also continuously enrich their life practice and school running practice, consciously establish their lofty life faith and greatly upgrade their educational theoretical accomplishment.
