美国基于专业标准的校长评估及其对我国的启示
——以沃恩郡学区为例

摘要:校长专业标准是校长专业发展必需的知识、能力等结构的重要标志和尺度,为相关的评价制度提供重要依据。美国沃恩郡基于专业标准的校长评估制度的开发、理念、评估程序和评估标准较好的体现了制定校长专业标准的理念,评估标准具有全面性和明确性,评估过程体现了评估对象在不同发展阶段的动态性和实用性,是基于专业标准的校长评估的典范,体现了基于专业标准的校长评估的发展方向。

Abstract:Principal professional standards is the vital signs and scale of the knowledge and ability structure of principal professional development,which provides important basis for principal evaluation.Washoe County of American principal evaluation system development,concept,assessment procedures and evaluation criteria have better reflect the concept of the development of principals’ professional standards. Evaluation criteria comprehensiveness and clarity. The assessment process reflects the dynamic nature of the assessment object in different stages of development. And the assessment is practical. The assessment reflects the direction of development of the assessment based on principal professional standards and is an example of professional standards -based evaluation.
