“国家级教师教育基地”建设与教师教育培养模式改革研究

摘要：“国家级教师教育基地”计划是国家为加快教师教育发展而实施，通过对其主要的建设模式和运行机制的探讨，分析“国家级教师教育基地”和“全国教师教育网络联盟”之间的相互协作关系，可以提出推动教师教育模式改革的具体建议。

关键词：国家级教师教育基地；全国教师教育网络联盟；教师教育；培养模式

总结：1、“国家级教师教育基地”的建设模式与运行机制包括以下主要内容：（1）“国家级教师教育基地”的建设主体；（2）“国家级教师教育基地”的运行模式；（3）“国家级教师教育基地”考核与评估。在这其中，运行模式要做到：整合学校相关的教师教育资源和对教师人才培养模式进行创新的同时，也要形成开放式的教师培训体系。

2、“国家级教师教育基地”与“全国教师教育网络联盟”二者具有相互合作的平台，二者共同为基础教育的教师提供发展的机会，保证其知识的更新与综合素质的提升。主要体现在：（1）“全国教师教育网络联盟”为“国家级教师教育基地”提供实践平台；（2）“国家级教师教育基地”为“全国教师教育网络联盟”提供资源保障；（3）“全国教师教育网络联盟”与“国家级教师教育基地”相互合作，为构建开放高效的教师终身学习体系和学习型社会提供支持。

3、“国家级教师教育基地”实施后的教师教育改革思路主要可以从以下几个方面着手：（1）教师教育理念的变革:专业化与终身教育思想；（2）教师教育的培养课程模式改革；（3）教师教育中教学方式的变革；（4）教师教育中教师获取信息能力的提高与变革；（5）完善教师的职后教育制度:走向一体化。

Abstract: “National Teacher Education Base” project is for the propose of accelerating teacher education development The author canes up with concrete proposals for the promotion of teacher education pattern reform through an introduction of the principal construction patterns and running mechanism of the project and an analysis of the cooperation between "National Teacher Education Base" and "National Teacher Education Network Alliance".
