“实践性学习”:一种新型的职前教师教育模式

摘要：基于教育问题的“实践性学习”强调教育实践在教师教育过程中的作用，是培养师范生的教育胜任力的一种新型模式。在教育理念上,“实践性学习”强调“知行合一”，侧重“做中学”，认为职前教师教育仅仅传授教育知识是远远不够的，还必须提供教育实践机会，在“实践场景”下让他们尽早进入专业领域，参与教育实践活动，才能掌握了教育的程序和方法，获得教育胜任力。

总结：1、“实践性学习”是以教育问题为教学载体进行教育实践的活动,强调“知行合一”、侧重“做中学”。以教育实践为基础，使教师教育回归教育的本质，从而反转重理论轻实践、重知识轻能力的“师范教育”的弊端。其具有自身的价值观、资源观和学习观。

2、基于“实践性学习”的职前教师教育从打破师范教育“重知识灌输轻教育研究”的僵化入手，在职前教师教育培养过程中构建一种新型模式。具体可以分为以下是三个阶段：（1）从教学实践中来源问题；（2）依托于教学实践解决问题；（3）优化于教学实践是最终目的。

3、基于“实践性学习”的教师教育模式主要是以教育实践为取向的应用。“实践性学习”基于培养“教育胜任力”的理念，通过发现教育问题、分析教育问题、解决教育问题来保证教学内容、过程和成果适于“教育胜任力”。可以通过以下措施来促进其发展：（1）加强学生协同合作；（2）加强学习内部管理；（3）完善评价组织方式；（4）控制实践学习进程；（5）保证学习的实效性。

Practical Learning: A New Type of Pre-employment Teacher Education Model

Abstract: Practical learning which is based on educational problem emphasizes the function of educational practices during educational process, and it is a new model of training students the educational competency. On educational concept, practical learning emphasizes that knowledge and action should go hand in hand and focuses on learning by doing, pre-employment teacher education which only just teaches knowledge is by far insufficient and it must provide opportunity for educational practices. In the practical circumstance, they can enter the professional field as soon as possible, take part in the educational practice activity, grasp the procedure and method of education, obtains the educational competency.
